Every six years we have to replace our Electoral Roll (in effect membership of the Church of England in general and St Mary’s Church Purton in particular).  If you would like to show your allegiance to the St Mary’s Church Family and to be able to vote at our Annual Parochial Church Meeting, then please fill in the Electoral Roll application form.  At the same time, we are taking opportunity to update our Data Consent Forms.  If we hold any of your data (even the electoral roll form), whether manually or on a computer,  then we need your consent to process your data.  Please fill in both forms, then sign by typing your name in italics on the base of each form.  Finally save the two documents with your name as part of the title in both instances.  Then please send the two forms as attachments to administrator@stmaryspurton.org.uk  Thank you.
